1. What Types of Payment Do You Accept?
All major credit card types via PAYPAL. You no longer need a PayPal account to use the service. I do not accept checks or money orders.
2. Do You Make Custom Orders?
I don't really like to just because it isn't inspiring for me as a creator. However, it never hurts to ask. If it is a matter of sizing, I can usually do that...just ask: earthgroovz@yahoo.com.
3. How Do You Ship?
I use the Postal Service whenever possible. If your items are light enough they will go via First Class or if not, they ship Priority Mail. Either way, you should receive your item within 5 business days in the US or within 10 business days International.
4. What is The Turn Around Time for Shipping My Order?
All items on my site are on a made-to-order basis. The turn-around time for making your item depends on my work load. Most orders will ship within 2-4 business days. If it will be longer, I will contact you.
5. Do You Offer Wholesale?
Not any more. I used to but I decided it wasn't for me. I wanted to keep my prices low. In order to sell wholesale I would have to sell my items at a higher price in order to make enough per item. Plus, I thrive on inspiration & creativity....and making lots of one item does not inspire me.
